I don't necessarily recommend doing this ;-), but if you did...go back and read any of my own posts prior to the war, or really even since, you'd see very little re WMD beyond the last few posts I've just written to you. I personally never considered it more than just one reason out of many to oust Hussein, and not necessarily the strongest or most compelling among them. I never felt any of them individually stood on their own. But the collective weight of all them together was, and still is, overwhelming to me.

It seems to me, as I recall, you once understood this: that there were a host of reasons to do what we did, not simply one. Now, you no longer seem to recognize this or wish to acknowledge it.

I don't know exactly what's happened, because I haven't followed your posts (or anyone else's) that closely lately, but it appears that since Abu Ghraib you've decided you no longer want to be associated with any of this. You wanted to eat the steak until you realized how it got on the table.

Maybe I'm wrong. I'm not sure it matters. What I do see is that suddenly it's "ya'll" vs "CB" and that seems unfortunate and disappointing to me.
