b) Nica Gold S.A.
In July 2002, Francisco Gold Corp. transferred its 100% interest in Nica Gold S.A.
(“Nica Gold”), a private Nicaragua company to the Company. Nica Gold has, through
staking, acquired four mineral concessions totalling 63,145 hectares in Nicaragua. Title
has been issued to Nica Gold for the four concessions.
c) Goldeneye Explorations Ltd.
The Company has a 40.7% interest in Goldeneye Explorations Ltd. (“Goldeneye”) that is
recorded at cost of $1.00.

Of course we all know with Julianna and Cucaracha and La Gitana and the other 10 properties out of the 150 plus properties Randy's geologists have reviewed including the ones above rarely mentioned that his chances of significant gold finds are great.

I have been frustrated by no drilling but the reward is coming with this group of properties the take over share value of CKG must be very high or will be.
