I saw the picture of Sabrina Harman (might have the name wrong) flashing that big toothy grin and the big thumbs-up over a dead Iraqi this morning. Unbelievable. That will do more damage than I can calculate, and I can't begin to imagine what punishment would be appropriate. Not a whole lot better than the beheading crowd. They should try her for treason, or sabotage, or some such thing. Better yet, tuck her into a little black evening dress and send her into Fallujah to negotiate. This morning's news here featured a US State Dept. report critical of the Philippine human rights record. The response, of course, was along the lines of "who are you to talk". Some heads need to roll (possibly an inappropriate metaphor, but good enough). That won't be good enough, but it's a start.
