The Applied Materials decision to enlist ASM Lithography Deep Ultra Violet steppers in their new project is of no significance whatsoever to UTEK. UTEK has no Deep Ultra Violet stepper product in its product portfolio and therefore is not in contention for such an order. For UTEK this Applied Materials order for Deep UV steppers from ASMLF is a non event in my view.
