Fox, I don't think your second question was naive at all.

"These people who represented the dissident shareholder group in meetings with DMX - are any of them on this board (a naive question)?"

No. I'm not aware of any poster, on any board, who has been in face-to-face meetings with the company as a representative of the MMC. Information about the future course of events just can't be widely discussed, for obvious reasons. This is D-Day for Dimethaid investors, and the strategy is a tightly-held secret.

Knowledge about who key players in the MMC is now emerging. It's clear the battle is on, and as events progress, I believe you'll find out more... not only about the conduct of management, through the Dissident Shareholder's Circular - but more specific details about what the MMC proposes to shareholders.

As I understand the process, in the event of a Proxy Fight, the company will be required to enumerate shareholders. At that time, you can rest assured that any shareholder who suspects he or she is being excluded unfairly will get a lot of attention.

I'm breaking my silence because it's clear you and many others have reached the point where you want to vote against existing management.

It's also clear that you've gone to a lot of trouble, just to gain that capability.

I have no special knowledge, but I'm certain the MMC will seek to include any shareholder who wants to speak for constructive change. When the time comes, your proxies will get counted.

Many ex-shareholders (like me) are repurchasing, in the midst of this disgusting and rapacious dilution, just for the chance to vote against existing management. The information you need will be made available to you, and everyone else.

Small shareholders will have a chance to speak - thanks to the MMC. One step at a time...

Regards,

Jim
