But Kerry has articulated his policies. In the Senate, he had a 19 year policy of being the most liberal member, with no single noteworthy accomplishment on his own. In Vietnam, he had a policy of committing war crimes and assembling purple hearts so he could go home, without spending a day in the hospital. Afterwards, he had a policy of impeding the ongoing war effort and blaming everybody else for crimes that weren't committed. On the Presidential campaign trail, he has a policy of impeding the war effort (see the pattern?) and indulging in personal attacks on the President of the United States, using very unstatesmanlike and vulgar language. He also has a policy of marrying rich women and divorcing them when they become depressed and get in the way of his career. Kerry's policies also include taking three sides of every issue, so he can tell everyone that he was on their side. If he articulated to you who he wanted for the State and Defense jobs, would you believe him?
