It is perhaps because of the missing man that the info on the arrest was "suppressed"..... It is SOP to keep the arrest under wraps until our guys thought that they had extracted all the useful intel we thought we could and also to avoid tipping off others involved that it might be a good idea to hide elsewhere.... J.
