You are trying to change the environment of the discussion after the fact. Technically their is no fetus in this situation. We are talking about after birth not before. Message 20144248 The premise was that the fetus is a fetus until the cord is cut. What about someone who shoots a conjoined twin. I guess it would matter whether the twin was a fetus or not. TP
