Has US direct foreign aid to emerging nations amounted to a greater benefit to their economies then the losses in export markets for them occasioned by our farm subsidies? How close did Napoleon come to ending the battle of Leipzig with a capture of the Emperor Alexander of Russia and the King of Prussia? The origin of the house of Rothschild?
