I think they refused to enforce it because they were involved with Saddam in some deals under the table. So instead of owning up to the scam they questioned our morals on a Global stage. Invading a country is never going to be an easy sell to the rest of the world. But when the very countries that you call allies question your grounds for doing so its almost impossible. The only reason they questioned us (IMO) is because they had their hands in the cookie jar.

Do you have any verifiable proof of such a connection that the leaders of France and Germany and others were receiving payment to look the other way?

Please...lets deal in verifiable facts...not conspiracy theories.
