"We are no longer capable of making the situation better" I agree. We have done about all that we can to improve things. Now we have an obligation to keep security and stability in place as much as possible until a functioning government can pick up the task. "It's time for the child-welfare department to remove the teenager from the abusive home and find foster care. This family is completely disfunctional. There is no such organization in this case that will ensure the welfare of Iraq. You bring me one, I will vote for you to be the next pres.
