What a joke this PP is!!! 17.2 million new shares (25% dilution?). Look at the strike price! 58 cents. Take this PP, sell your existing DMX shares for a 5 cent gain, then sit on the full warrant for free. Now I know why 2 million shares were sold yesterday. Some greedy jerk is already sitting on 2 million free warrants. The strike price is already discounted 10% from the current historically rock-bottom share price. Did they really need to throw in a full warrant for free?....and with a strike price of 74 cents!!! Greedy ba$t@rd$. I wonder how many shares mgmt, friends & family will take down. Sweetheart deal for insiders and a total raping of existing shareholders. Q) Sure it will raise $5MM, but why didn't they do this at $1.30 just 2 months ago? A) Because there wasn't enough potential profit for the insiders, that's why! More raping & pillaging from your (unwanted) DMX management. What a joke! S&P
