If Chalabi was really passing on highly classified data, the people who provided him with that data should certainly face criminal prosecution. I wonder if we'll see any of that.

Somehow I doubt it.

I'm with you on that one. But we may be seeing stronger evidence of large power shifts away from the neocons, Cheney, etc. That may well be the way accountability occurs in this most opaque of any US administration in history. Talk about loss of what passed for American values.
