The difference between you and I is this, I know they were not following a lawful order. My answer would be the same whether Clinton were in office or Bush.

You on the other hand are certain that they were following orders from someone very high up, perhaps the President, but surely the Secretary of Defense.

The thing you don't get that I pointed out to you the other day was the difference between a lawful order and an order that is not.

You of course don't care about that because it doesn't fit with your agenda.
