If Chalabi was really passing on highly classified data, the people who provided him with that data should certainly face criminal prosecution. I wonder if we'll see any of that. Only if it was not approved to pass him the data, surely? Somehow, when trying to follow power shifts in the Bush administration, Josh Marshall is not the first source I would turn to.
