I don't think that I am on the Left, although I may well be to YOUR Left. The term "true believer" was coined by Eric Hoffer, to describe people who feel more comfortable in mass movements than being alone when it comes to opinions. amazon.com Hoffer was talking about fascism and communism, but his analysis also applies to religions, and, I would argue, to Dittoheads. It may well be an insult to be accused of not thinking for yourself.
