I can't find any 13D filings at the edgar site. Take a look at:
sec.gov

I have been keeping track of the daily activities on JTS for last two months and found no concerted buying efforts (all of the large block trades, including today's 2.5 and 1 million trades, were executed at the bid price).

Do you happen to have any more info on this group? I haven't had much luck in contacting JTS reps.
