When no hard evidence and numbers are given, rational people make assumptions based on probability.

In the case of Guantanamo-Gulag, it seems that almost all Britons have been innocent.
With a rational probability calculus, the result of such a random sample doesn't bode well to assume the guilt of the other deported people there. Au contraire.

But we don't know, because your President installed a global, absolutistic "L'Etat c'est Moi" system without any legal control.
