McCurry, it seems, was nearly breaking the law. The police officers, who would not give their names, said they had been ordered to enforce a spate of proposed changes to subway rules, which include no taking pictures with still or video cameras. This even though the proposals, announced Thursday, will not be voted on by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority until fall. Excerpt from: mercurynews.com
