Kenneth, you are avoiding the question. Since you want to know how Bush is going to handle suicide bombers, you must want to know how Kerry will handle them too. You attempt to divert away from the question has failed. You posed the question, now tell us how Kerry will do it and why you think it is such a good idea. This problem is not going away... See what happens when you throw out a bogus question, you get it back and people get to see you run and hide...now go do that little man. Your game does not fly anymore. Answer the question.
