At this point in history there are some good reasons for not investing in China, despite the rapid growth of the economy. There is the lack of transparency, the absence of a safe and reliable way for a man in the street to expose corrupt officials, etc. But as Roger's data attest. (Americans save 2% of their income, Chinese people save 35%), there are also good reasons to invest in China. I compromise at 10% in China. I think Jay, ever nimble, is close to zero right at this minute. Maybe he will be at 50% in 2 years.
