The only way to deal with a national debt is to grow out of it. "Balancing the budget" is, and always has been, a recipe for a Gephardt Depression (see also: "Rubin depression"-i.e., a depression where the socialists "win 40 House seats".)... Yeah, words of wisdom from CYBERNAZI. You understand that I may get a second or third opinion on this one. Nothing personal.........but I just don't trust anything someone from the GOP tells me. You understand.....Bush hasn't been exactly a fountain of truth! ;~))
