Democracy is too hard to swallow;;Libya’s leader Moamer Qaddafi, who has led the north African country for 34 years, has again surprised the world by walking out of the Arab summit just hours after arriving in Tunis.

Qaddafi told a press conference here today he disagreed with the agenda of the summit where proposals for democratic reforms were expected to be out forward.

He also called for Libya’s withdrawal from the 22-member Arab League.
