My boss isn't on me 24/7 but he is aware of what I am up to, its called supervision. My boss's boss is also aware. I am not in the military where obviously the chain of command is far more rigidly adhered to. This abuse went on for months but none of the higher ups had a clue? Yeah right! To blame the lowest ranks is just passing the buck and really low. Part of being in command is having control. Recently much information has come out PROVING it was more an issue of military policy to skirt the Geneva Convention. Sure if your views are right wing it's hard to admit Rumsfeld is an incompetent "animal" - but that looks like the truth. Rumsfeld's policy in action: smh.com.au Does this make you proud?
