You're right, and I realized shorty after I posted my last reply that that's a large part of what happened with this colloquy. I also realized how far out the tangent had taken us, which stilled my interest utterly.

To start, it doesn't matter whether you or I believe the UN is a paragon, or fits the class that could be called a paragon. Others DO.

You're right. Whether the UN is or not a paragon, it is treated that way by at least some, which explains in part why those who are bothered by it's paragonhood are so excited about the prospect of dirt in the oil program--to humble it. And to humble those those who think it's a paragon.
