Any thoughts out there on the degree of competition Dell will give Sun in the work station and server space? Is Sun bound to lose market share to Dell and Compaq in these areas? Will the market itself grow so fast that these relatively new players won't matter so much? I think the thread dealt with the issue of some of compaq's new products a while back, but I saw Dell on NBR tonight and he seemed so confident about gaining increasing profits in work stations and servers that I wondered if these spaces weren't getting a little crowded.
