I saw part of it. I mean lets just be dinner table honest. If you had a prisoner who you believed had information relevant to wmd, location of terrorists and other vital info wouldn't you hook their nads up to 220 to get it out of them? I would. I realize not everyone tortured had information or should even have been there in some cases. We screwed up. But that doesn't mean we were wrong to use those tactics in every case. If a broom handle colonoscopy is what it takes to get the information we want - so be it. Bring on the swiffer.
