Mike, thanks. Luck of experience got me at the eraly stage of
this cycle but it's not very likely to happen again.

In regrad to semi equipment bookings. They were good for the month
of June but a disaster for the month of July. Lam's CEO said
that he didn't see too much activity in his company and many other
companies (were he sits on the board) during July. He said that
TEL order cancelations and pushouts were "as big as Lam".
KLIC bookings are down 50%, Teradyne bookings are down 40% and
Applied bookings are down 35% for the June quarter. I think it
could even get a little worse (another 20%).

Which semi equipment makers do you like long term ?
