In regards to the radio show: that is actually a bearish sign, that anybody on a radio show would be so bullish! :)

You know when sentiment gets extreme, it's kind of like ADX, maybe signalling a reversal.

I think very uncertain times lie ahead--I can't tell *where* it's going. Any unforeseen terrorist catastrophe could be short-term shattering (though a good buying op); the election is a huge deal, maybe one of the most important elections in decades; how much will greenie raise rates, and what will the dampening effect be on the housing market and when, etc etc...70% of americans now own homes.
