Plame was a WMD's CIA undercover operative globally. Outing her CIA status could cost her life, ended her career with the CIA and cost the US's WMD's searching programs dearly. It's also treason and should be punishable by life in prison. Exactly where Cheney belongs assuming he was the one who ordered it done.
