If you define upper middle class as the ones who have a car, TV, cable, a two-three bedroom house/apt, cell phone - that number will be about 10 million households. Caste is too complex an issue. >AC--I am only talking about the government office. "upper middle class", just curious, what is the percentage of upper middle class in India?
