That explains and justifies the use of terror tactics, even forgetting for the moment that the PA solemnly promised not to use those methods when they agreed to abide by the Oslo Accord?

With a knife at your throat, economic theorem doesn't do much. But go ahead, keeping touting the theory as meaningful.
