I was talking about the 2 million shares being divied up for ABCN. It's listed in July SEC filings you can see at edgar-online.com.
This was posted before on this thread and I didn't hear any discussion about whether this was already factored into estimates, what might happen if the new owners decide to dump, etc. It most certainly is not over and done with, because there are about to be millions of shares held by people that could sell in the OTC market whenever they want. Am I the only one bothered by this? And if so, why?
