Oh, that's right, I forgot that you believe that non-Americans don't have any human rights. Human rights? Certainly.. Legal right to trial by jury? Not necessarily... None of the Nuremberg defendants received a trial by jury.. But am I disturbed that we haven't had any military tribunals as of yet related to Al-Qaeda? Yes.. I think they would certainly serve a purpose in reminding people about the nature of the enemy we're fighting. Hawk
