Say some Afghanian peasant caught by incident or denunciation by a private enemy and deported to Guantanamo?

It would sure be nice to be able to prove that this peasant was in fact who he claims to be, rather than someone lying their @ss off to avoid being detained as a terrorist.

And isn't that the problem? We just don't know who some of these detainees were..

It's certainly not worth our time to detain or interrogate a "peasant" when we have so many actual terrorists to deal with..
