PHPG 1.30/1.40...vol getting better at 30,000...was just meandering along with no pr's in many many months until April 8...including the pr that day we have had 5 up to today. After one pr the vol shot up to 245,000 with top tick intraday at 1.95. Each carries import IMO..incl one of the fairest shakes to existing shareholders i have ever seen ref an equity raise. The stock has corrected since the run and I encourage you to read the pr's and get a handle on what this company is up to...reading their filings will also be beneficial. PHPG is playing ball with some big companies and there is no other company i know of with similar capabilities under one roof.
