Nader won't get anywhere near 5% and may not even run in battleground states. By now, Kerry already has more than 10% of the 2000 Bush vote behind him. He can beat Bush handily with or without Nader around. Nader is not on a single ballot yet BTW. He failed to get on even in his stronghold Oregon.
