It's all supply and demand. Saudi's will pump 2 million per day the rest will cheat anopther million. Saudi's,Kuwait,qatar,U.A.E. all want Bush and his military vs Kerry. I say its in the bag cheap oil is coming up til the election at least. It is all about supply and demand. Russia might also pump a bit more. Unwritten politics and the subtlties of huge power at work. Tha's my bet. Bob
