I thought I answered your point but maybe I was not direct enough.

There are not two parties in the sense that it matters anymore. They are all members of one party, the ruling elite. And they have a plan. The two party "show" is just for your entertainment. It doesn't matter who's "party" sponsored the bill. It's all in the plan.
