I missed most of it; just happened to turn it on as he was holding up the construction of a maximum security prison, and the future demolition of the existing scandal plagued 'facility', as a symbol of note for the new Iraq. Unsurprisingly a few commentators picked up on this in their post speech wrap up; one I watched looked genuinely dumbfounded at what he had witnessed. Have to think that the press in the M.E. will make some noise with headlines like 'Bush Says Prisons Fitting Symbol of New Iraq' or some such thing. Yikes! I'm amazed that I miss Thousand Points of Light Bush!
