the door is opening towards substantially higher fuel prices, and the prospect of it being a permanent ordeal is leading to increased speculation/moneyflow in alternative energy stocks. their charts have worked thru that mini-frenzy from a few months ago, and today was the first day of many that several of them were acting perky.

each of these deserve more study. quick look at some stats and i see that the CPST CEO bot some stock last week. ENER FCEL ESLR HYGS all saw net institutional inflows quarter to quarter .. BLDP did not, etc.
