US-VISIT Accenture is also a dark horse because the program has key Congressional deadlines on Dec 31, 2004 and June 30, 2005 -- Just 6 months and 12 months after award.

And it takes 2 months to get a clearance.

And 2 months to test whatever's been built.

So that would only give Accenture 2 months to do the work needed for Dec 31.

Both Lockheed and CSC have dozens of people already cleared and ready to go.

But ya know -- the gov't often chooses a contractor for some "interesting" reasons.
