General who led Abu Ghraib prison guard unit has been suspended I wrote here a while back that there were too many holes in the chain of command. This issue was being handled at squad level, then leapt to two star, then to asst SECDEF. That is not how our military functions. The problem was being worked hard from the bottom up. Now we see it being worked from the top down as well. It appears the gaps in the chain of command will be closed after all.
