Well, so much for finance reform, huh? August 31 would be a good cutoff. Where are McCain-Feingold, architects of "keeping this from happening again"? IMHO, politicians of all stripes do not believe any rules apply to them when it comes to the election cycle.

Regarding the Boston Herald article. You have made it plain that people should not send you articles from NewsMax (even though they often highlight articles from AP and other sources). So I thought this article my be okay for you. It is a USA newspaper. Your comments suggest that you only want to see a single perspective - yours. I was sure you were more expansive than that. Are you having a problem with me looking for a more detail on how Kerry operates? For example, what he says versus what he does? Candidates on all sides owe the voter some clarity. It can't all be BS. I am looking at Bush and Nader the same way. My primary focus now is on Kerry and Nader. Most of us on SI have already formed an opinion about Bush since he has been the White House decision maker. We can only speculate about Kerry and Nader with regard to holding the POTUS. So I am doing a little research which goes beyond relying on mere opinions of posters.
