Sidney, Ya gotta have hope, man. America is the most innovative country in the world and, despite Republican efforts to the contrary, still the bastion of individual freedom. Our economy is in the toilet, but we will get it upright again. Our reputation for decency has been screwed up by other Presidents before the current office holder, and we've been able to get it back. What is amazing is that America is so great despite its politicians. They can't take us down because we won't let them. We are the least hopeless nation that has ever existed, so have hope. Sorry for the preaching.
