I agree that China is part of the problem by creating extra demand. Bush stubbornly refuses to push for better mileage on US vehicles. This also increases demand. OPEC is still not producing maximum supply. There are a variety of factors but Bush is part of the problem and is doing nothing to contribute to the solution.
