Believe it or not, I believe that the next president will continue with the strategy we currently have, regardless of party. They may not want to, but when they look at it pragmatically, they will see the necessity....pure speculation on my part.

If the next president is Kerry, it will be interesting to see how the stable of Kerry boosters respond to a continuation of the current strategy.

They'll likely approve it.

Consistency doesn't matter in the view of some.
