Bush himself said in his speech last night that if the old prison was torn down... that the US WOULD PAY TO BUILD A NEW ONE.

And a rich contruction company, whose friends with Bush,
or Cheney, or Rummy, will get the contract to build it,
at inflated prices, at tax payers expense. Can you say
Bel&Hal(sp?) helicopters for Vietnam?
