hi joost I just phoned with my client and he told me the following: The poor guy who is short in jyra hasnt covered his position yet. The deadline for covering is the 08-25, and he must cover his outstanding shortposition of over 260.000 (!) shares today and tomorrow. As the guys at deutsche bank and morgan grenfell told my client, the shorty has very good connections to several analysts and also to key west and because of him they talk the stock down. The guys told us to stay cool, if you sold at above 32, be happy with buying back at 25 or so. I hold my 95.000 position for my clients at least to the split on 09-05. regards and good luck boris
