Kerry would have taken action after the first plane hit. Better yet, he would have taken action before Al Qaida attacked. His speech in 1999 warning the White House of such attacks proves this. Kerry saw small terror cell attacks inside the US as our #1 defense priority. Not SDI or even rogue states like the Bushies saw it. Bush was AWOL on terror before 9-11 and has now made us less safe then ever despite record deficit spending and over stretching our military to the breaking point. Bush is the worst commander in chief we have ever had. Bar none.
